Language Bear is a 9-year-old content writing and translation company headquartered in Plovdiv, Bulgaria with a secondary office in the United States. Supported by over 1500 linguists based all over the world, we offer 100+ languages and work with clients from 10 different industries. Our services help various digital businesses to improve their SEO rankings, bring organic traffic to their website and reach new markets in new languages.
We are looking for a highly-enthusiastic and responsiblе Talent Acquisition Assistant to help us with the sourcing and recruitment of freelance content writers and translators (freelance linguists) for all the 100+ languages we support.
Your role:
This is a new and exciting hybrid role! You will be supporting the recruitment strategy of the company and you will have the responsibility to create and streamline all sourcing and recruitment processes in cooperation with other stakeholders. This is not the usual recruitment job and we need someone with ambition, a hands-on attitude and an entrepreneurial spirit.
Main responsibilities:
- Identify potential digital channels for the sourcing of freelance linguists worldwide (40+ countries);
- Assess and select the best channels within budget in order to maximize our candidate outreach;
- Craft creative messages and job offers to attract top talent;
- Execute comprehensive, international recruitment campaigns and manage all activities related to them;
- Lead the initial screening of the candidates and verify their writing or translation rates before pushing them further in the process;
- Make sure that each candidate is native and proficient in the certain language and if needed request additional documentation to support this;
- Maintain documentation related to the sourcing and recruitment processes;
- If needed, send and receive payment-related documents in order to setup the best payment option for the newly recruited candidates;
- Be in synergy with the Project Management team and make sure your efforts have a direct and positive effect on the issues and challenges they face.
Requirements:
- Еxperience in local or international recruitment for a digital company is preferred but not mandatory;
- Fluency in English is a must;
- Ability to quickly identify and utilize various digital channels for sourcing candidates in an unknown country;
- Multicultural communicator who can speak efficiently with people from 40+ nationalities;
- Ability to correctly assess a candidate remotely in a call/video call;
- Ability to work in a time-critical environment;
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and adaptability.
